I’ve been reaching out through my account email, but your agent, Xemina, won’t respond at all. I’m completely in the dark about when I’ll see my money or the items I ordered.

When I first logged onto the site for my digital buy, it was a bit tricky to navigate. I had already downloaded the slide deck, but the charts section still showed 'purchase.' So, I ended up buying the charts, only to realize shortly after that it was the same package. The content is great value, but I ended up with two of the same product in just 5 minutes.

I reached out to their customer service to get the second charge reversed, thinking it would be a simple fix. But nope, I was wrong. Here’s what they told me:

"Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for duplicate purchases because we sell licenses that we are also charged for."

What a load of nonsense. I’d advise being super careful with this company—this isn’t good customer service; it feels more like they’re just sticking to their policies to squeeze out as much cash as they can. Why would they go against a paying customer who just wants their product? It’s like they’re inviting bad karma just to hold onto an extra $50.

They even sent me an automated email after I bought it, claiming, "Happy customers are our top priority!" Just be wary of what this company says about their customer service.

Same product. Same account. Same credit card. Bought within 5 minutes. Their reply? "... We cannot offer refunds or exchanges."

So, again, be very cautious when buying from this company.

They’ve got all the infographic templates you could ever need these days.

Don’t get caught up in this nonsense or hand over your cash. They’ll take away your access to the product and won’t refund you. They just keep your money and then cut you off because they’ve got it all written in their terms that they can be unreasonable.

First off, there are tons of great infographics available for free, especially if you sign up for trial memberships.

Secondly, if you’re trying to work on your phone, forget about using their stuff.

Third, their customer service? Total trash.

Fourth, if you ask for a refund, they’ll just keep your cash and take away your access to the product.

They sold me something I couldn’t even use. I couldn’t access my account, and it took them three days to respond to me, so it would’ve been pointless anyway.

I tried to get my money back, but they made a huge deal about how I had already received the product, even though I couldn’t access my account at all. And don’t even get me started on how I couldn’t download anything to my phone.

Now, a year later, I’ve got a laptop and a project, and I keep seeing their overhyped scam everywhere. I thought maybe I could finally use that useless thing I wasted my money on last year, but nope! They smugly stated that if I tried to get a refund, they could revoke my access to the product, all thanks to their terms and conditions.

These folks are the absolute worst. Their product is way below average, they don’t care about their customers or service, and they literally stole my $20 just because they could. I’m not someone who can easily part with $20.

Seriously, just stick with Canva!

Please, don’t give these people your money.

Outstanding. I bought this yesterday and the quality of the slides is top-notch. Plus, I asked a couple of questions and got replies in under 24 hours—great customer service as well!

I bought a package and signed up as a user too. Now I can't access their website, and it says my email isn't in their system. What's up with that? I hardly even use their services. Just threw away some cash.

I've been using this for three years now, and I gotta say, it's definitely worth the money.

These infographics are incredibly handy! With a bunch of choices available, I can grab the right ones for my presentations.

Due to a glitch in the software, I ended up purchasing two licenses, even though I only use it for personal stuff and don’t have any other places to share it. I reached out to get back the extra license, but they turned me down. When I attempted to download something, they hit me with another charge of 97 bucks. For the past three days, I haven’t been able to download anything. Clearly, the software error made me shell out cash, but it didn’t provide the license in a way that actually worked. So, I’m out of money, no refund in sight, no downloads, and no one taking responsibility...

These templates are super handy! It'd be great if you could add some examples to make them more informative for startups.
